All new clients are assessed before being taken on. They last for approximately 15 minutes, during which I will assess what's required, explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. Please be aware that your pet must be present but no treatment of any kind is available during assessment appointments.
Once completed I will be able to confirm the cost of the groom and if you are happy I can book you in there and then. If you want to have a think about it before booking or decide not to go ahead that's fine.
Please note that nail clipping and customer training appointments do not require an initial assessment.

If you've already had an assessment then you can book your appointment below.
If you want to easily manage your appointment bookings yourself and not have to contact me when you've either forgotten when your appointment is, or want to change it and can't find the confirmation email. Plus you are fed up having to keep re entering your details each time you book. Then I recommend creating an account, so you can sign in through my website or use the Acuity Scheduling Client app. The easiest way is to message me and ask for it to be set up.
If you want to do it yourself you can but it has to be done a certain way otherwise you won't see your appointments. Plus you will still need to message me, so I can give you permission to see appointments booked by me or you when you weren't logged in.
To do it yourself it's best to do it from an appointment confirmation email for a future appointment (not one in the past). If you click on the change/cancel button on the bottom of the email it will open a web page. On the web page you will see a SIGN UP LOGIN link on the top right of the window. Click on SIGN UP and fill in your details. Please keep the email address the same as you've used before. Once you've done this you will need to message me so I can give you access to all your appointments.
In future make sure you are always logged into your account via my website or the app otherwise the appointment won't appear when you do login and you'll have to message me again to give you access to it.
